Chat Bot Command List
Make Echoes' Chat Bot has evolved into a more advanced and comprehensive system during the last year. Using basic !echo commands are great for starting, but there are plenty of other functions all around the tool to get just the right content for wherever you're intending to use it.
Timed Requests
Requests a clip of the last 30 seconds.
Requests a clip of the last 15 seconds.
Requests a clip of the last 30 seconds. This command is identical to !echo
Requests a clip of the last 45 seconds.
Requests a clip of the last 60 seconds.
Requests a clip of the last 90 seconds.
Request a clip of the last [number] minutes. Any number less than 10 will work.
Example: !echolong 5
Echo Durations
This begins the collection of a clip. If this is already active and requested a second time, it will delete the previous start entry and replace it with the most recently requested one.
Ends the current Echo Duration if one is being recorded.
This is a check command to see if the collection is currently ongoing.
If it is, it will return the current runtime for the clip that is being collected.
Echo Multi
!echomulti [twitch username]
Start an association between the current stream and another stream on twitch. Can include up to 10 streams. If requested a second time, will close previously existing associations and start new ones.
Example: !echomulti Clintus @SheSnaps
!echomultistart [twitch username]
Ends all Echo Multi associations.
If you use Rare Drop's Multi to generate squad views, Make Echoes will also process this data and make connections to streams on supported platforms. Please note that currently only Twitch based streams are supported.
Unsetting a Rare Drop multi will also break all Echo Multi associations.
Returns a list of currently connected streams.
Clip Management
Adds submitted title to the last created clip in the system. Limited to clips created in the last 5 minutes. Title is used on the Clip Viewer, in the account and in the confirmation email.
Example: !echotitlelast Amazing Triple Kill
This command removes the last clip if it was entered in the last 5 minutes. Can be limited to only the streamer in Chat Bot Settings.
Returns a link to the last published video by Make Echoes to your YouTube channel.
Approved User Management
!echoadduser [twitch username]
This command grants permission to a non-moderator to use the !echo commands as of they had moderator status.
Example: !echoadduser @MakeEchoes
!echouseradd [twitch username]
Identical to !echoadduser
!echoremoveuser [twitch username]
This command removes the ability for a non-moderator from having the ability to add or manage clips.
Example: !echoremoveuser @MakeEchoes
!echouserremove [twitch username]

Returns a list of non-moderators who have been specifically been granted access to submit clips.
